Mr. Millard has an amazing floral shop and provides exceptional arrangements and service. My first experience with his shop was for my mother's funeral. We had a tight deadline for our floral needs. He was able to meet our timeline, and handled all of our varying wishes and desires with compassion, patience and good humor. He exceeded our expectations. His arrangements were breathtaking, beautiful and unique. I have since utilized Mr. Millard's shop for additional floral orders and he has not disappointed. They are always exquisitely designed and fresh.
